Bryan Glendenning, VP

Bryan is the VP of Operations for MOD-PD. In the past, he has held various jobs, including painter, laborer, residential and commercial construction, project manager and production supervisor. He is experienced in a wide variety of services and holds many Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC), including:
  •     Building science thermography
  •     Applied Microbial Remediation
  •     Water Damage Restoration
  •     Carpet Repair and Reinstallation
  •     Health and Safety
  •     Fire and Smoke Restoration
  •     Odor Control
  •     Applied Structural Drying
  •     Mold Removal Specialist (MRS)
  •     Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP)
  •     State of Ohio Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist
Bryan is also specialized in all types of mitigation cleanups, including fire, water, natural, biological, environmental and trauma mitigation, as well as Large Loss commercial, moisture mapping problem solving and safety.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys being a coach for CYO basketball and baseball. He is also an off-season manager for Valley Forge Girls fast pitch. Additionally, Bryan is the president of the Valley Forge Adult Sports Boosters.

Pete D’Agostino

With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Pete serves as the in-house expert for our Environmental and Construction Services via his company, PD Services, LLC.
In addition to the licensing he/his company hold for the testing, remediation and abatement of hazardous substances including asbestos and lead, he has been certified as an Industrial Hygienist by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, by OSHA in Construction Health and Safety, and as a Water Damage and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. He has been a Mold Certified / ASHIA member since 1999 and has served as an instructor of Commercial and Residential construction training seminars.
Michigan born, Pete is a big hockey fan, and says his perfect evening is one catching a Redwings game with his beloved grandson Grayson.
